WE SUPPORT YOUR REQUEST FOR THE PRACTITIONER OF YOUR CHOICE. PLEASE HAVE THE NAME READY WHEN BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT. AT CERTAIN TIMES, IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUESTS, THEN WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION AND FLEXIBILITY. HOWEVER, WE PLEDGE THAT WE WILL DO OUR BEST AT ALL TIMES TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUESTS AND PREFERENCES.

NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE IS MADE BY THE CLINIC AS TO RESULTS. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT RESULTS MIGHT NOT COME UP TO EXPECTATIONS OR GOALS. CLIENTS MUST BE AWARE THAT RESULTS MAY VARY FROM CLIENT TO CLIENT.
MINIMUM AGE FOR ANY TREATMENT IS 18 YEARS OF AGE.

WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN CUT-PRICE PROCEDURES TO SECURE BOOKINGS BEFORE ADDING HIDDEN EXTRAS.
WHILE OUR CHARGES ARE HIGHLY COMPETITIVE, WE DO NOT COMPROMISE ON QUALITY AND USE RECOGNISED NAMED EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTS ONLY.
NO DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE UNLESS THE TREATMENT IS ON “SPECIAL OFFER”.
PAYMENT BY CASH AND MAJOR DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR REARRANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE / CANCEL TREATMENT / APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT AT ANY TIME.
IF YOU HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT OR PAID FOR YOUR TREATMENT IN FULL AND CANCEL WITH 48 HOURS NOTICE WE WILL CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THE AMOUNT PAID TO BE USED FOR ANOTHER TREATMENT OR DATE.

REFUND POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY TREATMENT OR PRODUCT PURCHASES.
HOWEVER, IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT A PRODUCT PURCHASE WITHIN 14 DAYS, WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER TREATMENT OR PRODUCT OR OFFER YOU A CREDIT NOTE.
THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED OR OPENED.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS POLICY IS A SERIOUS OR LONG TERM ILLNESS, CONFIRMED BY A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.
